Santa's retreat is a themed immersive experience that begins in the Elf village.

The event is approached through a snow flocked walkway with firefly lighting that leads to highly detailed facades that hide experiences behind. Santa's library and the elf workshops are based on rustic, natural environments to increase charm and bring a magical identity to the project.
